三:上司法院網站(高度推薦)1.根據案件類型，到司法院網站搜尋判決書（參考網址http://210.69.124.223/FJUD/index.htm）
2.先判斷自己的案件屬於民事ˋ刑事類型
3.再輸入自己案件之重要關鍵字

比較同類案件中，那些律師經常出現，勝率較高，即可知該律師是否符合您的掛診科別。

This website provides almost all cases in Tawian, except sexual abuse cases ect. So, you can check lawyers' professional field and win rate. Very practical and useful website. However, all written judgements online are traditional Chinese version only. This is a bit difficult for expats.

四、查詢當地律師公會
查詢律師公會之目的乃是希望了解律師有無律師執照，有無遭到停職等。

Check with your state's bar association to be sure the lawyer you are considering is licensed to practice in your state and that she has not been disbarred or suspended.
